About The Alpha Collective Group

Built as an operator. Structured as a firm.

Our Story

The Alpha Collective Group was founded in 2019, built on a foundation in multifamily real estate investment. Our founder began her career as a multifamily syndicator, underwriting and structuring real estate investments before a passion for travel and hospitality led her toward short-term rental management — a shift that combined investment discipline with a hands-on commitment to guest experience.

Over six years, that shift became a full operating business: an eight-unit short-term rental portfolio built from the ground up in Columbus, Georgia — furnishings sourced, listings created, pricing strategy set, and daily operations run as a single coordinated system. That portfolio generated more than $500,000 in owner revenue and achieved Airbnb Superhost status in 2024, a standard maintained ever since.

Industry-Wide Perspective

Beyond direct operations, our founder's career has included work inside a property management technology company — advising 123 active property management portfolios representing more than 1,350 units. Few operators in Tampa Bay have seen this many operations from the inside: the systems that work, the ones that don't, and the patterns that separate top-performing portfolios from the rest.

Built on Legal Standing

The Alpha Collective Group operates under an E2 Treaty Investor visa — a designation that requires the business to remain an active, substantial, and ongoing commercial enterprise. That standard shapes how we operate: with the discipline of a business that must prove its legitimacy continuously, not just at launch. Day-to-day service is supported by a dedicated on-the-ground team handling turnovers, guest services, and property care — structured as a real operating business, not an informal side venture.

Why Tampa Bay

The Alpha Collective Group is expanding operations to Tampa Bay, bringing the same asset optimization discipline built in Columbus to a market defined by strong short-term rental fundamentals and property owners who expect more than a generic property manager.
